Through over 200 vintage furniture pieces and industrial objects genuinely collected by collector Hwangtaek Oh over the course of more than two decades, this exhibition demonstrates how an individual’s refined eye and taste can expand into a contemporary aesthetic landscape. Within the exhibition space, clear icons that have traversed 20th-century design history settle alongside nameless, anonymous objects that faded away in industrial fields. Objects hailing from different eras, purposes, and unfamiliar origins form new layers of relationships within the single spatio-temporal realm of E-Ham Campus, creating an unfamiliar yet perfectly harmonious ensemble.
